Life in abundance comes through love

There is no force more potent than love.
Take away love and your world is a tomb.
Your life echoes emptiness without love.
With it, your life will vibrate with warmth and meaning.
Even during hardship, love will shine through.
As you look back upon the events in your life you will find that the moments that stand out,the moments when you have really lived, are the moments when you have done things in a spirit of love.

If you have it, you don't need to have anything else, and if you don't have it, it doesn't matter what else you have.

Therefore, search for love.

Once you have learned to love, you will have learned to live.
Love is the most important ingredient to your success.

Happy Valentine's Day!

It is a lifelong search, and one that always has more lessons to be learned. My personal challenge is to know that loving my animals, my garden, my home, my friends, my family - all of them - qualifies me as a loving person, even though I do not have a personal relationship in my life. The focus, especially at this time of year, at Valentine's Day, tends to be on romantic love, and often implies that the absence of that in one's life is a great problem. Many people's journey includes a loving personal relationship, and many people's journey does not. I /must believe that the journey itself is the reward.

When I look back on my life, I can find many times when I acted in a spirit of great love, and many times when I did not. Sometimes I acted out of the ache that came from wanting love, or out of the despair of having lost love. I guess even those go back to the sea! rch for love, or at least the longing to find it.

It's easier now to believe in love - having stumbled so many times along the way, I know that it is real! My mantra has been for many years now "Thank You for the Miracle; thank You for the gift of Love." And then it is in the hands of Spirit. My heart still has hope, but is no longer frantic, no longer insistent on the "one true thing."

Well! That brought up some thoughts!
